Merrill is just south of Corewell Hospital, 5 minutes to downtown Royal Oak. We are walking distance to restaurants, Starbucks, and a park. Laundry and supplies. We are 3 m. from the Detroit Zoo and 1 m. from Birmingham. Our proximity to Woodward Avenue offers a direct 20-minute drive to downtown Detroit.

The home has all the amenities needed for long comfortable stays which are very much encouraged. Off street parking for two-three cars in the driveway. Guests have no access to the garage.

Welcome! We are happy to host you in our separate, detached, private bedroom with separate bath. This unit is attached to our garage. It’s a sweet little place, convenient to Woodward, Birmingham, Royal Oak and Beaumont hospital. There is one parking spot available behind the unit with a secure path to the door. The following are included: linens, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, microwave, mini fridge, and Netflix. Sorry no kitchen or cooking and we cannot accept pets. No long term rentals.

A short walk to downtown Ferndale is where you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, coffee houses and bars. Downtown Detroit is 11 miles away and a quick 15 minute drive. Our home is perfect for couples, small families, business travelers and LGBT travelers. The large fenced backyard is perfect for your house trained dog.
