Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Zentrum von Bergisch Gladbach und ist doch relativ ruhig gelegen. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß gibt es verschiedene Supermärkte. Zur S-Bahn sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß durch die Innenstadt. Es gibt auch eine Bus-Haltestelle vor der Tür zum Bahnhof. Eine Tiefgarage mit einem reservierten Parkplatz ist vorhanden. An der Straße gibt es auch viele kostenfreie Parkplätze. Die große Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein und bietet durch Sichtschutzwände eine hohe Privatsphäre.

Die Wohnung liegt in verkehrsgünstiger, aber ruhiger Lage, 2 km südlich der Bergisch Gladbacher City. Köln, Bonn und Düsseldorf sind mit öffent-lichenVerkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Auch Autobahnanschlüsse liegen ganz in der Nähe.

Everything you need for daily living is in walking distance.
