Die Wohnung hat 86 Quadratmeter und 4 Zimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer ein Garderobenraum mit reichlich Stauraum und einem großen Wohnzimmer. Zusätzlich steht Ihnen eine eingerichtete Küche zur Verfügung und ein Badezimmer + Gäste WC und Balkon.

Hiking and biking trails start just in front of our home, but you can also drive to Cologne's city center within 20 minutes by car. Airport and Cologne Fair are as close. Everything you need for daily living is in walking distance. Valid from April 1, 2025: The 5% overnight tax of the city of Bergisch Gladbach is already included in the price and is transferred to the tax office by the host.

Die Bushaltestelle ist 30 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der vielfältigen Nutzungsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung (KölnMesse, Kunst und Kultur, Naturarena Bergisches Land). Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende und Geschäftsreisende. Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.
