Huset ligger på en særdeles fin plass på Skaland med privat sandstrand og havet rett utenfor. Det ligger like ved nærbutikken Det er kort vei til stien som går opp til husfjellet. Pila pub og Skagi (restaurant)ligger i gangavstand, allikevel ligger huset skjermet til Det er fire soveplasser, en sovealkove (dvs med forheng, ikke dør) med dobbeltseng, en sovealkove med en seng plass til to barn eller en voksen, og en seng i loftstue. Liv´s beach-house ligger på idylliske Bøvær med ei fantastisk sandstrand. Slapp av i rolige omgivelser med lyden fra bølgene. Huset har fiber, perfekt for hjemmekontor. Fra balkongen kan du nyte utrolige solnedganger og flammende nordlys. Langs havveien til Skaland- 4 km- står naturopplevelsene i kø - hvite sandstender - hav og fjellformasjoner. It is in the nature surrounded by the ocean, white coral beaches, islets and reefs, you can see this trough the apartment windows. Park right outsidee and indside you really have everything you might need.

Do you want to stay in a beautiful remote place, while still connected to the city? Grøtfjord is located just a 40 min. drive from Tromsø. Close to some of the areas most amazing mountains, fjords, ski and climbing areas. a. Big appartment with 1 bedroom that holds a king size bed and one bunk bed. There is a fold out sleeping couch in the living room. All facilites, towels to firewood are included! A car is needed to get to grøtfjord. The hosts live in a different section of the house.

You’re just a short drive from beautiful beaches like Bøvær and Ersfjord, and scenic spots such as Tungeneset. If you enjoy hiking, there are great trails within walking distance, including paths up to Husfjellet and through Sommerdalen — perfect for a morning walk or a sunset hike.

Villa Lunheim, Skaland

Recently renovated villa by the foot of the famous mountain Husfjellet. The house is located in a small village called Skaland with connection to the National tourist road at Senja. Senja is like an enormous playground for outdoor types who like a challenge. For everyone who wants to do hiking, paddling, diving or free-riding down steep hills, Senja is an eldorado. Villa Lunheim is located in the middle of all this spectacular scenery.

We are the proud owners of this very special cabin located right at the seafront. Modern fully equipped kitchen and stylish living room with panoramic views through the large windows facing the sea. The cabin is fully equipped with everything you will need and the bathroom is spacious with water closet and large shower. Washing machine/tumbling dryer and dishwasher is also available and can be used freely.
