This cozy 400sqft space is the middle cottage of the 'Art' Studio. It has everything you need to enjoy a weekend get away. Saluda River Farms is an 8 acre farm on the Saluda River. Bring your Kayaks to enjoy a relaxing trip up the river or ride your bike on the beautiful back country roads. We are located 7 miles from DT Greenville and only 20 minutes from nature hikes and quaint little country towns. You can also relax on the farm - we have 3 goats and 8 chickens. Pets are always welcome.

The large suite includes the bedroom, living area, kitchenette (fridge/freezer/convection oven), bathroom, and study/eating area. It is newly renovated area on the end of my home with a private entrance. The space is welcoming and inviting...a perfect space to get away from the hustle. Although minutes from Downtown, the suite feels like you're in the mountains with a private back yard and many trees. Enjoy your stay!

The Swamp Rabbit Trail, Downtown, and Unity Park are just a short bike ride away. Our updated Mill House holds a lot of beautiful history and is filled with antiques and art from local artists. The yard doesn’t have a lot of privacy (transitional neighbourhood). NO PETS.
