Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Maximum 2 guests - No guests under the age of 12. A peaceful guest cottage located on the outskirts of Omaha and set on 2 acres that is shared by the owner’s 100 year old farmhouse and barn, you will relax and recharge at this charming cottage. The cottage is located down a short gravel lane shared by the owners. When it rains expect to walk through puddles. In the winter, if we have a heavy snow expect our shovels as soon as the day starts!

The family room includes two twin beds and a twin mattress on floor, plus our large comfy sofa and floor to ceiling windows showcasing our green space.

For your safety there is a Ring camera installed at the entrance and will light up the entryway when it’s dark. Parking is on the well lit public street. Easily walk up our dedicated Airbnb sidewalk, no steps, walk around to the back of the house. You’ll be in a serene space that makes you feel right at home.
