Beudy’r Esgob

‘Beudy’r Esgob’ translates as ‘Bishop’s Barn’ and it used to be a hay barn and cow shed. It adjoins our 14th century farmhouse and lies in the village of Gwalchmai, Anglesey. We are within walking distance to Anglesey Show ground & air strip and 10 minutes drive from Rhosneigr and its beaches. We would be a super base for those visiting Anglesey Circuit at Tŷ Croes as we have plenty of parking space for car trailers. We also have another listing, ‘Stablau’r Esgob’ which may be of interest.

If you haven’t climbed Snowdon yet our cottage is the perfect base to bring friends and family and your dog for an adventure! Relax in front of the log burner or socialise in our awesome kitchen. Paddle in the sea at Dinas Dinlle which is only a short drive away! There is so much to explore from our doorstep such as ancient castles, majestic mountains and lakes, steam railways, Portmeirion, Zip-world and much more. We even have the Heritage Steam Railway and a pub within walking distance.

Set amongst an array of pastel perfect terraced houses, 59 High Street is a unique bolt hole boasting luxury interiors, king size beds and even an outdoor bath. Situated in the perfect costal location - just a short stroll down the high street and you can explore Cemaes bay’s two beaches, as well as Anglesey’s renowned coastal path boasting breathtaking cliffside views of the sea.
