Nestling in the idyllic Weald of Kent countryside, the Old Fire Station is the perfect place for a relaxing stay in the centre of historic Benenden village. There are many National Trust properties within a small radius together with historic gardens and local vineyards. There are a number of local pubs which serve food, The White Hart within a few minutes walk, and many others not far away.

Set in the beautiful grounds of a fifteenth century Wealden hall house, The Stables is a delightful oak framed cottage - a hidden-away and peaceful haven for two. Skywood Barn is a tranquil and peaceful contemporary home, featuring a double height window in the main open plan space overlooking a pretty pond. The barn is secluded and views from the rest of the house are of fields and woodland surrounding the property. By May 2022 we will have finished installing the new deck which will give the perfect spot to soak up the sun or take a cool dip. Gather around the fire pit at night to keep warm whilst having drinks or toasting marshmallows.

Outside is a fire pit for toasting marshmallows and stargazing before climbing into the king-size bed, dressed with soft Egyptian cotton. There's a walk-in rain shower and robes, books, DVDs, games, WiFi and a Smart TV. Tear yourself away to explore forests, gardens, vineyards, castles, and National Trust houses.
