The market square and award winning high street are just 400m away, and the beautiful Belper Park Nature Reserve is only 200m. There are numerous traditional pubs, restaurants and country walks in this Derwent Valley World Heritage Site. It's a perfect place to have a relaxing break, or even a more active one, as charming Belper sits on the edge of the Peak District (train 10mins walk).

Stone Rise Cottage, Belper

Stone Rise Cottage was built in 1874 and has been renovated to its characterful feel today. Entering through the stable-front door, is a traditional kitchen with all the necessities. Beyond this is the lounge with log burner, beams and doors to the stone terrace. There’s also a quaint dining room for evening meals. Upstairs is a modern, renovated bathroom with bath and traditional shower. There are two double bedrooms, both with an elegant feel and a double wardrobe in the second.
