Lagar da Vela

Antigo lagar de azeite, recuperado em 2005 e localizado na aldeia da Vela, região da Serra da Estrela. Manteve a sua identidade, mas agora com decoração e um conjunto de funcionalidades que lhe garantem todo o conforto. Wi-Fi de alta velocidade (fibra), SmartTV com canais nacionais e internacionais e apta para serviços de streaming (Netflix, Disney+, ...), cozinha totalmente equipada, ampla sala de estar e jantar para grupos de amigos e/ou familiares. A former Adega grape press has been transformed into a beautiful family home with a private outdoor terrace, garden & BBQ within a stunning historic Quinta estate including swimming pool, gardens and cascading olive orchards. It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

The house is located in the Mondego River Valley on walking distance of a beautifull isolated riverbeach. A great place to get away from the stressed world. Excellent for a couple or an individual who loves the simplicity, purity and silence of nature. The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests of the house.

Located at the foothills of Serra da Estrela mountains, the house offers a calm and relaxing ambience inviting guests to nature's contemplation.Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, you can enjoy the pool in summer, barbacue, bikes and children's playground.In winter, you can enjoy the sound of the fireplace and the snow on the mountain. On request, adult and child bikes can be dispensed.

Serra da Estrela, Sabugueiro (300 m praia/ plage)

Casa no centro histórico da aldeia do Sabugueiro, onde poderá usufruir da gastronomia local, com as várias casas de comércio e restaurantes existentes. A cerca de 400 m existe a praia fluvial, que é uma piscina natural, bem como dezenas de praias e lagoas a escassos km's (local mais próximo dos mesmo). Alojamentos totalmente novo, com a traça arquitetónica da região, de madeira e pedra, com todas as condições para uma estadia agradável.

The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).
