We have recently added a second cottage with a bedroom and en suite bathroom with its own private entrance off the porch. Pasquo cottage is set on the hillside of a 5-acre property, next to a 200-year-old home that served as a hospital in the civil war. It's on the western edge of Nashville, off Highway 100 and Sneed Road. The famous Loveless cafe is one mile away. We are 15 minutes from downtown Franklin, 25 minutes to Leaper's Fork, 15 minutes to Green Hills, 20 minutes to Downtown, 30 minutes to the Fontanel. Grocery, Starbucks, and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away in Bellevue. And don't forget the Loveless Cafe! Our closest restaurant to the house is world-famous for their biscuits, southern food, BBQ, and shops. Uber/Lyft available.

Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. It was lovingly created using unique elements - Timbers and lumber from a turn-of-the -century dairy barn, and lumber milled from trees where the cabin now stands! Dramatic wall of windows facing into the forest valley below, and soaring ceilings of Colorado blue spruce. Horseshoe Ridge is situated on 10 wooded acres, and owner lives on property. There are three bedrooms and two full baths, both of which feature luxurious towel warmers.

You’ll love my place because of the park-like setting, convenient location, and a great neighborhood for walking/jogging. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
