My 50 m² apartment is bright and very comfortable, located on the 6th floor with an elevator. You will be charmed by its absolute tranquility, warm ambiance, and south-facing balcony. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideally situated in the heart of a typically Parisian neighborhood, it is rich in shops, cafes, wine bars, and various restaurants. You can reach the center of Paris in 13 minutes by air-conditioned metro. It is a 5-mn walk from the beautiful Parc des Buttes Chaumont.

Idéal pour 2 personnes, il dispose de tout le confort et se situe dans un quartier authentique, vivant et parfaitement desservi, à une minute de la place Gambetta. Les environs regorgent de bonnes adresses que je vous indique sur place ! Remarque : il s'agit de mon logement quand je séjourne à Paris.

Charmant studio rénové à Ménilmontant, idéal pour 2 personnes. Un deuxième studio similaire est disponible pour les groupes. Le quartier animé offre commerces, bars, restaurants et activités. À proximité : le Cimetière du Père-Lachaise, le Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, Belleville et bien plus. Métro Ménilmontant (ligne 2) et bus 96 à 2 min accès directe à Montparnasse, accès rapide aux Champs-Élysées ainsi que Notre Dame de Paris (25 min en métro).

Kai's Kitchen Paris

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.

It can accommodate 4 people (1 double bed and 1 queen size bed available). Wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer and ironing set are also included. Towels and towels will be provided. A 30 minutes de tous les sites touristiques : la Tour Eiffel, Montmartre etc.
