My 50 m² apartment is bright and very comfortable, located on the 6th floor with an elevator. You will be charmed by its absolute tranquility, warm ambiance, and south-facing balcony. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideally situated in the heart of a typically Parisian neighborhood, it is rich in shops, cafes, wine bars, and various restaurants. You can reach the center of Paris in 13 minutes by air-conditioned metro. It is a 5-mn walk from the beautiful Parc des Buttes Chaumont.

Located in the heart of the multicultural and creative district of Belleville, surrounded by art galleries and artisan workshops, "Le Lodge" welcomes you in a lofty 960 ft² space (under 12 ft high ceilings) that is comfortable, cosy, practical and elegant. Located on the 1st floor (above ground) accessible with a wide elevator, it is bright thanks to its large bay windows. It includes a large master bedroom with full ensuite bathroom, a small bedroom on a mezzanine and a shower room.

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.

Located in typical Parisian Square, this 28 square meter 1 bedroom apartment can host 2 people with maximum comfort (large bed in a separate bedroom) and up to 4 people (2 in a comfy pull-out sofa bed). Equipped kitchen and brand new bathroom will make your stay perfect! 15 minutes ride to Paris centre! Please note that if you plan on using the room and the sofa bed votre only 2 people, you have to book for 3 people.

My apartment is located 200m from Buttes Chaumont and a few steps from Belleville. This location is ideal since it offers access to calm, greenery and Parisian entertainment at the same time. Many nearby metro lines allow you to easily move around Paris and it is also very easy to get around on foot. The apartment is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and offers a superb view of the entire southwest of Paris.
