Great little place just for a couple

It's quiet and cozy here. The yard is completely fenced with tall living shrubs, flowers, and trees. There's a gas grill, a fire pit, and a place to dine under an umbrella in the garden. I rent out a separate half of the house to guests: one bedroom, a small kitchen combined with a hallway. Peace and quiet reign here. You won't be disturbed. Sometimes I go into my half of the house, but very rarely. There are no other guests on the property, just you. I don't charge extra for pets. Parking free.

Watch the sunrise from the top bedroom over the port and watch ferry boats as they arrive throughout the day. Read a book in the beautiful all wood sitting room or take a bath in the recently restored cast iron claw foot tub. This house offers quiet serenity with an option to explore the village.

The Hilltop Harborview

Guests will immediately walk past spacious hot tub into a comfortable sunroom where you’ll watch the most colorful, water view sunsets Long Island has to offer! This one of a kind offers a sprawling layout that has 3 queen size bedrooms and 1 king . We can also provide an air mattress for an additional guest. There is a kitchen equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher and washer and dryer! This beautiful walking Village has so much to offer! We do allow dogs with prior notice with a $65/dog.

This cottage is a gem to be found! From the primary room to the charming loft, this cottage can sleep 6! There is a full working kitchen. For those who wish to do exploring, you will be centrally located on LI giving you great ease in using LI rail road (.5 mile) from cottage and Port Jeff Ferry (1mile)from cottage. There is a large fenced in yard with BBQ and outdoor seating if you wish to dine in. Dogs are allowed w/prior notice and a $65 pet fee. You won’t beat this value! Has it All!!

Private bathroom with toiletries included. Close to beaches, shopping, and SUNY hospital and campus by car or bus. Pull-out loveseat with twin size mattress available for an extra charge.
