A lovely detached house, with two bedrooms (bedroom 2 has a super-king bed or 2 single beds), bathroom with shower, full kitchen, dining area and lounge with wood burning stove. Situated in Aberdeenshire, ideally located for exploring the castles, hill-walking and the many amenities that Kemnay has to offer. Take it easy at this unique and tastefully decorated getaway on a working farm in Aberdeenshire. Located just 20 minutes drive from Aberdeen International Airport it is a highly accessible countryside location with local amenities and beautiful attractions. Explore the local area and see the seals at Newburgh beach just 2.5 miles away with adjoining golf course. On the farm there are cattle, sheep and arable crops. The grass fields surrounding Ewe View often are home to the cattle and sheep.

The chalet is a private, secluded and rustic place with plenty parking beside it for other Airbnb guests. For the colder months there is a woodburning stove with free firewood. It is situated half way between Stonehaven (10mins) and Aberdeen (20mins), there are supermarkets nearby & many tourist attractions. Ideal for couples or families with 1 or 2 children, cot available. The Byre at Butterywells Farm is a converted byre located next to our farmhouse, which dates back over two hundred years. The Byre is a fully equipped self catering holiday cottage with many original features. The Byre is wheelchair accessible with its own parking area. Set in 2 acres of mature gardens containing walks, secluded seating areas and a small lochan. Experience country living whilst only being a 15 min drive from the centre of Aberdeen. Not just dogs are welcome but horses too.

An idyllic 200 year old Bothy located in the North-East of Scotland, some say similar to the cottage from the movie "The Holiday". Situated in a quiet and secluded area of Pitmedden, known as Old Seaton Village. We can provide shuttle services to nearby popular amenities - prior notice required. Well behaved dogs are welcome but are not allowed on the furniture. Dogs must be kept on a lead within the property grounds and surrounding area and must not be left unattended in the bothy.
