Spacious luxury apartment with Castle view!

Dit ruime appartement van 120m2 bevindt zich in hartje Gent, recht tegenover het Gravensteen. De ruime living met eetplaats en volledig ingerichte keuken kijkt uit op het kasteel. Het appartement omvat 2 mooie slaapkamers, 1 met dubbel bed en 1 met twee enkele bedden. Er is een volwaardig plooibed en een zetelbed op de overloop. Het appartement heeft een afzonderlijk toilet, een praktische badkamer met inloopdouche en dubbele wastafel. Er is een handige berging met was-en strijkfaciliteiten.

In 2019 we started the renovation, with as only purpose, to keep the soul and respect the history and grandeur of the original house. Its exceptional history, unique architecture and central position made it worth doing so. Tears, joy and a lot of work resulted in the place where you are right now. I have 2 studio's next to each other, so you can see the pictures of both. One is a bit larger than the other so more comfortable for 3 guests as there are 2 mezzanine for sleeping.
