Completely refurbished this year.. 2 en suite bedrooms (1 bedroom with queen size bed). 1 fully equiped Kitchen, a large terrace.. Very calm place... near to the forest and close to the vineyard. It will be a pleasure to welcome you in such a peaceful environment.. Easy access from the A10. The exit is 5 minutes from the house. It is the last exit before Bordeaux (when you come from Paris..) At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.
