Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. Puddle Duck Cottage

Puddle Duck Cottage is a charming and beautifully renovated retreat offering a cozy & stylish escape on the edge of the Village Green in the Yorkshire Wolds village of Hutton Cranswick. It’s just a short stroll to the local pub, shop, farm shop and the locally renowned butchers. Excellent rail & bus links offer access to the Yorkshire coast and the market towns of Driffield (5 min) & Beverley (<10 min). Perfect for a relaxing getaway or business travel with fast Wi-Fi and dedicated workspace.

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

Sea views from all of the windows as far as the eyes can see. One mile from the centre of Hornsea, a beautiful seaside town, where you can access an array of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and Hornsea Mere. One and a half miles to Hornsea Freeport. A perfect base for exploring East Coast towns; Bridlington and Scarborough etc.

The Old Hayloft Beverley Town Centre

A beautiful place to stay that is both rare and historic in the heart of Beverley with free secure onsite parking. The Old Hayloft is a hidden gem within close walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants, independent shops, places of interest, and the fabulous Beverley Minster. The railway station is close by. The very private and luxury accommodation is upstairs with its own entrance and a large and very comfortable super king bed. Small outdoor seating area in a pretty walled courtyard.

There is 1 double bedroom with en-suite, large lounge with Sky tv, sunroom/2nd bedroom with double sofa bed and a dining table and there is a separate toilet. The cottage has a spacious outdoor area with a BBQ and fire pit. It's a 15 to 20 minute walk into town, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Beach access very close.

The Pump House @ Pockthorpe

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. Benjamin Gardens Holiday Home

Have a good time in our great holiday home. The Benjamin Gardens Holiday Home is a modern home resting in Driffield in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size (or 2xsingle bed) and a double bed, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Outside there is parking for 2 cars, an enclosed rear garden. Newly refurbished for 2022,
