This is an Eclectic farm house built in 1940’s Approximately 2,100 SF and has 2 bedroom 1 Bath. Remodeled kitchen, bath, and updated electrical. Home sits on 3.8 Acres with multiple barns and sheds remnants of simpler way of life as a farm. Many large hardwood and cedar trees on the property. The Cozy Studio in The 'Boro

Our Cozy Studio is a 1 bed/bath and full kitchen with everything you may need for a stay and it is spacious for a sólo or a couple trip, nicely decorated and furnished to make your stay comfortable. It has its own A/C unit, a nice 55" tv, and a nice queen bed. It's a Self-Check in Space and private for 1 night up to 30 nights. note: it's NOT the WHOLE HOUSE it's a studio divided by a wall.
