This newly renovated (2024) apartment has all the amenities of home and accommodates up to 3 adults comfortably or a family of 4. Washer and dryer access. Dedicated workspace. A complimentary bottle of red wine is included with each stay by default. The space is quiet for Montclair yet centrally located. Our cleaner Mikki is responsible for cleaning and preparing the space. She takes great pride in her work, and we’re lucky to have her. The entire cleaning fee goes to her. NYC requires property owners to be in the same dwelling. This is a two family house and the host resides on the property. Guest have full access to the apartment.
