Ein Essbereich für 6 Personen und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Inklusive WLAN, SmartTV. Ein KOSTENLOSer öffentlicher Parkplatz neben dem Haus. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Hauptstadt. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Ich bin als Gastgeber sehr gut erreichbar da ich im gleichen Gebäude wohne.

Idéalement situé à 500m de l’Allemagne et 1500m du Luxembourg. C'est une maison jumelée en pierre de taille de 115m² habitable, 10m² de courette dont 5 m² de terrasse et 44m² de cave. Situé dans un quartier calme et convivial. Le tout refait entièrement à neuf en 2023. Historiquement vous êtes dans l’ancien quartier des douanes.

Well situated, recently refurbished, ground floor studio apartment in the charming and quiet area of Dommeldange. There is a free parking space on site, as well as an outside terrace to enjoy (also for the smokers). The TV has a guest Netflix account and the wifi signal is good. There are a few good local restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance however there are excellent transport links to get you into the city as the train station and bus stops are 2min away.
