This cottage style home was built in 1880 and is one of the oldest houses in Eureka Springs. It is nestled near a creek that runs year round and provides a beautiful setting and soothing sound. It is in town and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars, and yet it is very private with no neighbors in sight. You can step across the street and get your mountain bike on one of the most popular mountain biking trails in Eureka Springs. There is a hot tub, and we are pet friendly!

Close to restaurants, local brewery, antiques stores and shopping. Escape the hustle and bustle of downtown and stay just minutes away in a more peaceful setting. Private house just steps from the water on Beaver lake. Excellent fishing and easy assess to the water for swimming and kayaking (kayaks not provided). Two bedroom, living room with television, full kitchen and bath. Perfect get away for the weekend or a vacation in NW Arkansas. Also a short 35 min drive to Dixon street near U of A in Fayetteville and only 40 minutes to downtown Rogers or Bentonville. War Eagle marina is less than a mile away. Sorry, no pets due to host's pet allergy.
