Delightful cottage in idyllic New Forest setting

Minutes from the coast, with direct access to miles of walks and cycle routes on to the New Forest, Mallards is a charming one bedroom detached cob cottage set in the large garden of our family home. An ideal place to unwind and relax, it is set away from from the rest of the property so guests can enjoy their privacy, but we are hear to help if needed. Clean and very comfortable the cottage is full of charm and has a private patio area with views over the garden and open countryside beyond.

The Perch, a touch of luxury in the New Forest

Beautiful Boathouse within the hamlet of Beaulieu

BACK ON - A stunning converted Boathouse set in an acre of private grounds on the edge of Beaulieu village, within a short walk of all the local amenities and the river. The detached property is accessed through security gates via a tree lined drive. There is parking for 3 cars and the boathouse provides accommodation for 6 people in 4 bedrooms. The Stables NewForest selfcontained with breakfast

The Stables offers a high quality comfortable and unique retreat in the New Forest. It has rustic charm with country modern facilities and is situated in a peaceful rural lane which leads directly onto the forest. It is very near to the coast and the bustling Georgian market town of Lymington where you can also find the Isle of Wight ferry terminal ( 30 mins crossing ) or charter a yacht and sail yourself. Otherwise enjoy a ramble from your door across the forest but watch out for donkeys !

Unique, Luxurious New Forest tiny home "Armadilla"

The Armadilla is a unique, self contained Pod at the bottom of our quiet large garden. Easily accessible from anywhere in London it’s located just a short walk from a mainline Station. Handbuilt in Scotland by craftsman the Armadilla has a kitchen, the 2 sofas can convert into single beds or a king size bed, there is a wetroom. Underfloor heating and filtered air keep the place warm, cosy and clean. You can arrive by car, Bike, train, on foot and spend a couple of days exploring the forest.

The Croft

The Croft is a beautifully appointed, self contained space overlooking a meadow. Recently refurbished to a high standard, it’s a comfortable and cosy base. Situated in the New Forest National Park, the Croft is located up a leafy lane in a pretty village close to Lymington, the Solent and Beaulieu; it’s only a 10 minute walk into the New Forest. Inside there’s a super-king size bed (or two singles), a tiled shower room, an open plan living room with kitchen area and a private terrace.

Little Greatfield is a character 2 bedroom cottage

Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

This beautiful studio room with 4 poster bed overlooks the courtyard cottage garden. It has everything you need to make it a cosy and independent home from home close to a small local shop and dog friendly pub. It is ideal for 2 adults but can accommodate up to an extra two children (see details). There is a private outdoor eating area with BBQ and sun loungers. Bikes are available. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
