The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

Each room is thoughtfully furnished for your comfort, and three bedrooms are equipped with televisions for added entertainment. The spacious backyard is great if you prefer lounging on outdoor patio furniture or firing up the grill for a barbecue. Make memories in this home away from home!

Newly built Allison Ramsey cottage that is this centrally-located between downtown Beaufort and Pigeon Point makes this the perfect spot to explore Beaufort. The Downtown Waterfront is 9 blocks (~10min walk) and Parris Island is a quick 12 minute drive. The home boasts an expansive screened in porch, high ceilings and thoughtful touches throughout the home will put your mind at ease as soon as you arrive. We also include a Hunting Island pass with your reservation.
