Outside you can enjoy the comfort of a six- person hot tub, a koi pond, and berry picking in the summer and fall. The covered patio allows for all season use. Ideal for families and friends getting together.

Built in 1904 and recently remodelled Saltbox home with many touches of historical charm. Overlooking beautiful Bay Roberts Harbour and close to all amenities including; Wilber Sparks Complex, The Bay Arena, The Shoreline Heritage Trail, The Baccalieu Trail Brewery and the Newfoundland Distillery. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. We are dog friendly on a case by case basis but ask that you message first to discuss.

Located just 45 minutes from St.John's it's close enough to all essentials but far enough in the country to escape it all.
