Attached annex doubles the space, includes toilet, shower, alfresco living, fridge/freezer, convection microwave, induction twin cook top, sink, leaner and barstools. Private access and off street safe parking. Suits seasonal workers, travellers or BTI students. Longer term stays welcomed. It's equipped with a double bed, camper fridge, Wi-Fi, microwave, and bathroom, it also has a chemical toilet built into the shower room. It is fully insulated and double-glazed with a built-in heater for winter months. The caravan is parked next to the owner's home, ensuring privacy. BBQ is available on request.
