When arriving you'll find at the end of the driveway, a private apartment where you can imagine the rest of the world gone. Only 5 min out of Paihia town and the beach but your own private place with everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The BBQ area with all day sun is a lovely private spot to end the day.

You will have a vineyard, cellar door and eatery 1km from the hut. Escape your worries and get off the grid in our eco retreat. Enjoy the luxury of a super king bed and the serenity of an outdoor camping style kitchen, hot shower, composting toilet and the best bit is an outdoor bath for two!!

The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.

The Gables - Stunning Waterfront Apartment

The Gables Waterfront Apartment is housed in a lovingly restored historic building on the Russell foreshore with 'Reach out and touch the water' views of the bay. The apartment has its own private courtyard entrance. The living, dining and kitchen areas open through french doors onto the balcony terrace, the perfect place for morning coffee or an aperitif before dinner. Swim right outside on the waterfront beach or take your pick of any of the peninsula's other stunning beaches.
