Cette propriété familiale possède une vue hors norme sur le bassin d'arcachon, son emplacement en position dominante donne à votre cabane un sentiment d'exclusivité et de bien être. La forêt de pins d'un côté, le bassin au rythme des marées de l'autre, voici un cadre idéal pour se ressourcer au plus près de la nature. Attention ! Veuillez bien noter qu’il n’y a pas de cuisine mais seulement un micro-onde, un mini bar et une machine Nespresso. De la vaisselle est à votre disposition.

Le Studio 29

Charmant studio avec mezzanine, situé au cœur de la cité des peintres rendue célèbre par Paul Gauguin et l'école de peinture de Pont-Aven. Le studio est situé dans une aile de notre maison et vous disposez de deux entrées pour y accéder. Vous disposez d'un coin repas extérieur au pied de l'escalier et d'une terrasse avec salon de jardin et transats. Le jardin et la terrasse peuvent être éclairés le soir. Vous êtes à 200 mètres du centre-ville et du musée et tout près du port.

Cabane en bois climatisée

Cabane et ses annexes aménagées dans le jardin des propriétaires mais totalement indépendantes de leur logement. La cabane est sur pilotis (1m50) autour d'un arbre. Elle fait 15m2 et se compose d'une seule pièce comprenant un lit 160 cm, un coin WC et douche, un lavabo. Une passerelle permet d'accéder à deux abris bois supplémentaires: le premier offrant une table pour déjeuner ainsi qu'un comptoir équipé (frigo, micro onde, évier) et le deuxième un espace détente /salon.

Cabane du Silon

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement confortable pour séjours courts ou longs. Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, travailler sur un projet, jouer à des jeux de société, pêcher ou se balader dans la nature (parc, forêt, vignoble). Petit déjeuner et massages possibles. Accès privatisé à notre espace bien-être (piscine couverte + jacuzzi) en option de mai à octobre. Voir détails plus bas. 👇
