The Dye House: peaceful retreat, just outside Bath

The Dye House is a charming cottage in an area of outstanding natural beauty, just 3 miles from Bath centre. Walk in along the picturesque canal, take the quirky riverboat from nearby Bathampton or catch a bus. Tucked away privately at the bottom of our large garden, beside a gentle brook, it offers a peaceful, comfortable retreat. There is a pool for summer and a woodburner for winter. And a home cinema with lots of movies for anytime! Happy to help with pointers to make the most of your stay.

Countryside retreat, swimming pool, stunning views

Part of the SummerHouse Luxury Holiday Lets complex, Old Stables is a grand house in the middle of the Chew Valley overlooking the stunning Mendip foothills. Old Stables boast use of a heated indoor swimming pool with a hot tub, steam room & changing rooms. There are four lux bedrooms, three are en-suite, comfortably sleeping eight people with additional small pull-out beds for three, plus a pair of sofa beds for four more in our spacious reception rooms. Jack's Barn is one of three 5* Gold Award properties at Lilycombe with luxury accommodation for 10 (+cots), a kitchen table that can seat 22 and lots of private space outside with its own parking. Late checkout on Sunday at 8pm for 2 night weekends. Book out the 15 metre indoor heated pool for exclusive use. Cinema and games room available & lovely pub walks within this National Landscape (AONB). Wells is 10 mins by car, Bath, Cheddar, Longleat, Bruton within 30 mins. Lilycombe lists lots to do.
