The apartment offers a shared front screened porch and backyard, 4 blocks from Geneva Train Station to Chicago and steps from the bars, restaurants, and shops on both 3rd St and Rt 38. Bring a bicycle or walk to the River Bike Path that takes you into St. Charles or Batavia. Wifi and Cable included. Amazing Location!!!

Even though you are less than a mile from downtown St. Charles and 4 miles to the Geneva train station you have a private area. You may see deer out your window overlooking the pool and tennis. Beautiful bath equipped with everything, including homemade salt scrub. A secure, separate entrance to come & go. It is a basement soace so ceilings are lower than average home.

With a scenic view of a pond, it is surrounded by forest preserve to the west and south. Just a quick drive to shopping. Beyond the pond are walking trails that may provide wildlife sightings, such as deer, coyote, fox. This small farm is home for four mini donkeys & chickens. A garden area separates the Main house and the Guesthouse.

Quaint Batavia Coach House

The Coach House is located behind our house. It is a private and separate little house. It is located close to the river path and lots of restaurants. The upstairs is one big room that has 1 queen and 2 twin beds. The upstairs also has a full bath. The TV in main living area on first floor is not hooked up to cable, but you can log into all of your apps and have access to news via YouTube TV, Netflix, Prime etc.
