Our holiday home with a private swimming pool is located on the Riviera of Omis. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a bathroom and mini-bar, while on the upper floor there is the living part and one more bathroom. The floors are connected by external stairs. Next to the swimming pool, there is a barbecue and a spacious terrace with panoramic view on the sea and islands. Mimice is a small place with beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. It is located 12 km away from the town of Omis.

In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. Unsere stilvolle Unterkunft eignet sich wunderbar für Gruppenreisen. Die Villa besteht aus zwei Doppelhaushälften mit jeweils eigener Küche und zwei Bädern. Das größere Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, das kleinere über zwei. Beide bieten eine eigene Terrasse zum Entspannen. Ein Grill lädt zu gemütlichen Abenden ein. Poolbereich und Sonnendeck können gemeinsam genutzt werden. Für unsere Gäste stehen insgesamt vier Parkplätze bereit.

Use of the sauna with extra cost of 150.-€ per week, to be paid on spot. The sauna is open every day from 17:00 to 20:00 h.
