Ca 100m entfernt befindet sich eine öffentliche Trinkwasserquelle aus dem Baska Gebirge.

The entire house is air-conditioned. Villa has BBQ and outdoor dining area. The villa is located close to the city centre.

It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.
