This unique home in the Arboretum area is in a quiet neighborhood and a few minutes from restaurants, five grocery stores , and easy freeway access. Close to the Q2, The Domain & Renaissance Austin Hotel. If you are coming to town for a Moody Center concert, the home is about 15-20 minutes away. Spacious with 4 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens & 1 single) and 3 bathrooms. The pool and hot tub are available all year but the pool is warm from May to October. This is a great place to relax.

Enjoy our charming Clarksville neighborhood, named one of the top 5 neighborhoods in the US by Time Out! Enjoy this spacious yet cozy casita. Private swim spa/hot tub, electronic privacy screen, outdoor dining and seating areas are available for our guests. This 740sf casita is situated behind main house but provides guests with lots of privacy. Pedestrian friendly streets, nearby walking trails, independent stores, record shops, and hip restaurants and bars.

Catalina Guesthouse w/ Hot Tub and Pool

The Catalina Guesthouse is a modern, spacious, and bright 2 bedroom house with plenty of outdoor space that backs up to a beautiful greenbelt area to enjoy the Austin weather. Our guesthouse was just completed in 2021 and is now ready to welcome you to Austin! We are located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity (10-15 minutes or less) to many of the iconic Austin attractions. My husband and I live in the main house with our two dogs, Teddy and Rupert.

Refresh yourself in the cold plunge & sauna for a full wellness experience. Note: the house is also my primary home, so we do have some personal items in the closets and drawers.
