A mile away, you'll find Deep Eddy Pool (spring fed and open year round), Lion's Municipal Golf Course (18 holes in the heart of Austin), and Lake Austin's waterfront dining. There is access to public transportation (bus) within walking distance (less than a mile). The walk is doable but not incredibly pedestrian friendly. Please note that Via Libre is an upstairs apartment without elevator access. Via Libre requires a 2 night minimum on weekends. We are happy to work with you to accommodate special requests. Entire Condo is South Austin 78704!

2 bedroom, 2 full bath beautiful condo located in the popular 78704 area of Austin. Nearby attractions are Zilker Park and Barton Springs, and downtown Austin is minutes away. Parking is available in front or behind the condo, and there are two bus stops within walking distance. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the guest room has a queen-sized bed, with each room having a private bathroom. The condo has wireless internet throughout and each room features a flat-panel HDTV in each room. The 78704 area is great because you can find anything you'd like! If you want some food, my area is covered with delicious restaurants like Matt's El Rancho, Aviary, Loro, Taco Deli, and Torchy's Tacos and Uchi is a more exotic eatery and serves up some tasty sushi. If you want to grab a drink try out Corner Bar, Golden Goose, Bouldin Acres, Gibson and Black Sheep Lodge! There are so many choices around me! There are also some great places to see a show like Saxon Pub or Broken Spoke. Definitely try to see something in one of the great venues around me if you get the chance.
