Entry room has sofa/bed, dining table & kitchenette. Suite accommodates a couple or 2 individuals comfortably. $25/person/night charge for more than 2. Two-night minimum stay (4 for ACL & SXSW). Discounts: 7+ days (15%); 28+ days (30%). 31+ days saves you 17% hotel occupancy tax as well. Longer term discounts and advance booking inquiries welcome.

Two blocks from Barton Springs Pool and Zilker Park, this duplex has been recently renovated and is a perfect spot for checking out everything in Austin. Walking distance to the TownLake Trail, some really great restaurants and shopping. Nice side deck for outside eating/grilling with a good size fire pit and large table with chairs.
