This recently renovated bright and fresh condo is a quiet second level end unit with well-appointed furnishings throughout. As you approach the front door, you will find a large and spacious covered outdoor patio area. There is comfortable lounge seating and an outdoor bistro dining set where you can relax. Entering the condo through the French patio doors, stylish and contemporary furnishings greet you in the living room. With ample seating, it is the ideal place to rest and unwind. The plush velvet couch is the perfect spot to watch your favorite TV shows or a movie on the flat screen TV. Additionally, access high-speed wireless Internet throughout the condo for business or pleasure. My home comfortably sleeps four as the couch easily folds out to a queen size mattress. The kitchen has top of the line finishes with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for your cooking pleasure. It’s easy to stock your fridge with healthy snacks at the Whole Foods just 3 blocks away. Back through the living room is the private one bedroom master suite. Enjoy a great night’s sleep on the comfy queen-size bed with fresh white linens. The closet is spacious and has a handy built-in dresser, containing extra amenities, towels and linens. The en-suite bathroom has high-end features- a large white porcelain sink, extra makeup vanity and rainfall shower lend a luxurious feel. There’s 1 reserved parking spot for you at the condo complex. Additional guest parking is also available on site. A unique individual code will be provided to each guest to access the secured front door. The apartment is set on a quiet street in the downtown area of Clarksville, one block away from the shops and restaurants of West 6th Street. Also nearby are riverside parks and venues hosting Austin City Limits and SXSW festival events. Uber and Lyft are available, as well as other great alternatives such as Fasten and Austin Ride Share that can pick you up in minutes. If you don't want to rent a car or go by foot, zipCar and Car2Go are vehicle sharing services that have multiple locations around town. There are also many bicycle stations around town, where you can pick up and drop off bikes between use - just search for B-cycle Austin, for details.

Feel free to use the iPad for looking for places to go and things to do. Just holler if you have any questions. We are local. Keyless entry and complete privacy. You will never be bothered for the duration of your stay. Some of our favorite local spots include Fresa’s for their distinct guacamoles and tacos, The Tavern’s laid back feel, Idlewild Coffee, 24 Diner’s famous chicken and waffles, Counter Cafe breakfast, Wink's to-die-for 5 & 7 course tasting menus and Word of Mouth Bakery. Check out Good Company, Kick Pleat and By George boutiques for high-fashion. Whole Foods is less than a half a mile walk if you're looking to come back and cook for a quiet evening in or extravagant breakfast. Walk, jog or rent bikes or scooters down Shoal Creek Hike & Bike Trail to get into the heart of Austin. Uber/Lyft/Taxis and public transit are all immediately available. Entire Condo is South Austin 78704!

2 bedroom, 2 full bath beautiful condo located in the popular 78704 area of Austin. Nearby attractions are Zilker Park and Barton Springs, and downtown Austin is minutes away. Parking is available in front or behind the condo, and there are two bus stops within walking distance. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the guest room has a queen-sized bed, with each room having a private bathroom. The condo has wireless internet throughout and each room features a flat-panel HDTV in each room. The 78704 area is great because you can find anything you'd like! If you want some food, my area is covered with delicious restaurants like Matt's El Rancho, Aviary, Loro, Taco Deli, and Torchy's Tacos and Uchi is a more exotic eatery and serves up some tasty sushi. If you want to grab a drink try out Corner Bar, Golden Goose, Bouldin Acres, Gibson and Black Sheep Lodge! There are so many choices around me! There are also some great places to see a show like Saxon Pub or Broken Spoke. Definitely try to see something in one of the great venues around me if you get the chance.
