The Swallows is all on the ground floor. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is spacious with a Rayburn which keeps it cosy when enjoying you meal round the table. There is a wood burner ( you need to provide logs) in the living room with patio doors. It has an enclosed garden with plenty of parking. We are midway between the market towns of Buckingham and Brackley, and close to Silverstone, Bicester, Oxford and Milton Keynes.

There are plenty of walks in and around the farm or you can hire bikes and explore further afield - we have some lovely pubs in the area. We are between Bicester and Brackley and close by are Silverstone, Stowe, Waddesdon Manor, Blenheim, Oxford, Evenley Wood.

Fabulous views of the countryside and a decking area where you can sit and enjoy the setting sun in a tranquil environment. Hopcrafts Farm is a working farm. We have 4 very friendly spaniels, 2 cats, 7 peacocks, ducks and at the moment about 50 sheep with different stock and crops across the seasons.
