In Aldwincle village 5 miles from the historic market town of Oundle. Beautiful recently converted bright space with open plan well equipped kitchen, dining and living room with a woodburner. Great country walks and a nature reserve within five minutes. A pretty enclosed garden with patio and a view of the church. Two bedrooms with comfortable Hypnos beds, one king size bed, the other has twin beds. Off street parking for 2 cars. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome but not to be left alone.

The Village is within easy access to the A1 and is also very close to the East of England Showground, we are very close to a large shopping centre and a great choice of take aways and restaurants. Accessed via a private courtyard - there is a study with a double sofa bed on the ground floor and then on the first floor 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and one ensuite with kitchen and living area. The apartment has a luxurious but very comfortable feel.
