Our cosy three bedroom house is right in the heart of the historic town Barnstaple. It is tucked within a small, residential cul-de-sac with free parking outside. A 5 minute stroll away is our high street: there are lots of coffee shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A fifteen minute drive can take you to any one of our famous beaches: Instow, Westward Ho!, Saunton Sands, Croyde and Woolacombe to name a few. This holiday home is in the perfect location to explore the best of North Devon!

Carpenter Cottage is a contemporary, newly-refurbished cottage situated in the heart of beautiful North Devon. It is self contained and offers everything for a relaxing stay. The interior retains original features such as a fireplace and beamed ceilings with all the comforts of a modern kitchen and bathroom. This beautiful property also offers a courtyard garden. Just a short walk away is the picturesque coastal village of Westward Ho! This is a perfect escape for familes, couples and friends.

Quirky, comfortable, converted Chapel

Chapel Corner forms half of a converted Wesleyan Chapel built in 1864. It is centred in the beautiful, ancient village of Winkleigh which is the heart of Devon, equidistant from both coasts and moors and allows guests to explore this fantastic area. The Chapel is foremost a home; comfortable and quirky. There is a spacious kitchen with with a stunning staircase, a large sitting and dining room with cosy woodburner, two beautiful bedrooms, a modern shower room and bathroom. Parking for 1 car.

A peaceful rural retreat near North Devon beaches

This 200 year old barn has been lovingly renovated to create a modern, open plan apartment that provides spacious accommodation for two. Its whitewashed stone walls and bare timbers retain the charm of the original building and two full length windows open onto a private patio and garden and flood the apartment with sunlight. Furnished with a mixture of the modern and the vintage, the walls are hung with original artworks and these elements combine to create a unique and beautiful retreat.

Clare Cottage is set in the heart of the peaceful Devon village Georgeham near to a trickling stream. With its pretty white washed exterior and walled cottage garden the house sits to the side of the historic 13th century St George Church. Putsborough beach a 2 mile stretch of sand is a 1.4 mile drive down a country lane or a 25 minute walk across fields. Croyde village is 1.6 miles drive The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving fine pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! We will NOT ACCEPT : IVENTS, HEN NIGHT, STAG NIGHT QUIET HOURS 11pm to 7am Pet fee: £ 90 for the entire stay Charging electric cars is not possible!

Self contained Artists studio, with shower room and mezzanine bedroom. Large open space with log burner (firewood not provided) and sofa bed. Own entrance. Off street parking. Welcome pack of continental breakfast Items. Dog friendly, however walled garden is open on one side. So please don’t leave your dog unattended. Bring your own dog bed. Recycling bins are outside to the side of the large black dustbins . Separate containers for paper/cardboard. Glass and plastic.

Home away from home. This delightful 3-bed is based in a quaint North Devon village, with access on foot to Barnstaple and many enjoyable walking routes. By car, guests can enjoy local beaches and Exmoor national park. Spacious open plan living, a large modern kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining options. For those cosy evenings, there is a snug TV area. On the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms, a family bathroom and ensuite.

Lockable garage space for e bikes. A sweet two bedroomed cottage in the garden of a Georgian Wing where I live. Cosy and well decorated with original features and use of the shared garden with fast broadband mbps. Free parking on road.
