There are three other balconies in the apartment, not to mention a safe, security cameras, security doors, an intruder alarm and smoke detectors connected to the main office 24/7. Picture yourself swimming, taking a paddleboarding class, playing with your children on the sand, jogging on the shores of the Mediterranean or just enjoying the diverse cuisine of a district that is especially well known for its rice and fish dishes and its myriad bars. Our apartments have high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, perfect for working from home. 🏠 Apartment rules Welcome to Barcelona! Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10 p.m., and avoid slamming doors or hosting parties. Only the guests included in the booking are allowed to stay. Please note that breaking the rules may result in eviction without a refund. 🔑 Keys & check-out If you leave before check-out time, please leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you. Always lock the door when you go out. Lost keys will incur a €500 replacement fee. 🚭 No smoking smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Please smoke outside. 🌍 Save energy We kindly ask you to turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment. 🧺 Extra services We can arrange extra cleaning or additional bed linens upon request when booking. 💰 Tourist tax The Catalan government charges a tourist tax of €10,45 per person (16 years and older) per night, up to 7 nights. This tax must be paid to access the apartment. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. If you plan to arriva after 5pm, let us know at least 24hs in advance and we'll coordinate with an agent to deliver you the keys. Check-out is before 11:00 a.m. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the trash.

The apartment is an annex to a large house, which is located on a hillside high above the idyllic village of Cabrils, 30 min. by car from Barcelona along the coast. It has a large terrace with direct access to a garden with a magnificent 10 x 5 meter pool with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and is surrounded by natural park with beautiful hiking trails. Lola is a naturopath and a well-known therapist and author and often organizes meditation sessions and other wellness activities at home
