Bohemian Dreams at a Plant-filled Design Loft near the Beach

The loft was here before we moved in. It is one of the oldest buildings in Poblenou. The apartment was transformed into a big open space that includes a kitchen, a dining area, a sofa, a TV, an office space, and the bedroom. The place is in the ground floor, so it is accessible by disabled people and family with a child. We enjoy the afternoon sun and the mornings. We have sun shining into the entrance and the terrace. We've kept a lot of the industrial fittings in the space, and a lot of the furniture we've implemented follows this industrial design. One should not forget that it used to be an industrial space until earlier this year, and it's not a conventional apartment. It's one big open space, and the guest room is separated. Guests will have full access to the apartment. The accommodation includes a big open kitchen, dining area, sofa and TV area, bathroom, bedroom, terrace and plenty of space. We are usually available and love to interact with our guests. However, there are moments in which we are not available to our guests because we have our own plans. We also respect the fact that you may have plans, and don't have time to interact with us. However, we would like to enjoy a meal together at least, either a brunch or an evening snack. Our neighborhood is a vibrant, and up and coming area of Barcelona, it's a maximum 5 minutes walk to the beach, and the yellow Metro line crosses just straight outside the apartment. You need to remember the Selva de Mar stop. Around the block, there are some small restaurants and bars, there is a big supermarket called Mercadona for late night snack shopping (until 9:15 pm) or in Diagonal shopping center (until 10:00 pm). Or if you need to buy red wine for dinner. If you walk another two blocks to the South you'll find the Rambla del Poblenou, that is a pedestrian street and has numerous bars and restaurants of different quality. The Rambla Poblenou is straight all the way from Diagonal to the beach. If you like to eat tapas we can recommend you a restaurant that it is called La Tertulia in La Rambla del Poblenou or the another option is Bitacoras Restaurant near to the Rambla. If you like to eat Mexican food, “Los chilis” in La Rambla del Poblenou is a very good choice. But if you´re vegan or vegetarian, there is a vegan restaurant in front of the apartment, inside the Factory/Garden (Palo Alto) which opens Monday to Saturday. The last recommendation is “El Traspaso” which is in the corner and it is good option for the night:) You can end the night with a good cocktail and a Bloody Mary. The metro yellow line runs opposite to the beach, 5 minutes walk distance and the metro station you should look for is Selva de Mar. One thing to remember is that we are having our business registered in the space, we are freelancers, and work from home, but if someone asks, you are simply friends visiting us. Poblenou is a vibrant, up-and-coming area, with small cafes, art studios, and a pedestrian street with many restaurants and bars. The beach is just five minutes' walk away, and the yellow Metro line crosses right outside the apartment.

Welcome to my small and cozy apartment, located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Barcelona. Between the Sagrada Familia artwork and the modernist complex of the Sant Pau Dos De Maig Hospital. A beautiful room to rest and relax after a full day. Habitación con piscina a 10’ del centro

Nuestro piso tiene 90m2 y está situado en El barrio del Guinardo, que corresponde a la zona alta de Barcelona, por lo que encontraras algunas subidas al estar en zona montañosa a cambio es una zona muy tranquila, está bien comunicado con autobuses y metro a 10' del centro de la ciudad, de la Sagrada Familia y del Parc Güell. Es muy luminoso, orientación sur, tenemos un balcón muy tranquilo con vistas a la zona comunitaria con piscina, disponible a cualquier hora para darse un baño.

Habitación exterior y luminosa en Collblanc.

Alquilo una habitación individual soleada con vistas a un parque. Es un piso compartido conmigo y otra hab. doble. Pros: Piso limpio y tranquilo, muy bien comunicado: metro L9. L5 y L1; Tram y autobuses. A 5 minutos andando del Camp Nou. La habitación tiene escritorio, estanterias, armario y una cama nueva. Hay un AC en el comedor que da servicio a todas las habitaciones. Contras: El único posible es que es un 4º piso sin ascensor. Bienvenidos y haced las preguntas que querais.

Studio in Premium Location

Enjoy this beautiful Stuido in the best and most beautiful area of Barcelona, a prime location next to the famous “Paseo de Gracia”, surrounded by emblematic and iconic buildings, the best restaurants and some of the highlights of the city. This is a private entire suite studio. It was recently refubsihed. It has a big premium comfortable bed, a sunny bright gallery with living and dining area and a modern bathroom. It also has Air Conditioning and heater.

Double Exterior Rooms with balcony

We don’t guarantee the views, but the reserved category is guaranteed (interior without views or exterior with balcony). All exterior rooms have a balcony up to 18 m², with views of Via Laietana, Plaza Ramón Berenguer el Gran, or the Cathedral walls. Room preferences may be requested and are subject to availability. Centralized climate control provides heating in autumn–winter and air conditioning in spring–summer.

From our centrical place you could reach the most important sights in Barcelona by foot. There also 4 undreground lines and many buses very close for visit all places in the city. When you arrive at home you could cook, relax and sleep confortabily. Tourist tax, 5 per person and day, is included yet in the price.
