Beasley Backwater Retreat on Lovely Lake Eufaula

The Beasley Backwater Retreat is located on beautiful Lake Eufaula, between the historic towns of Abbeville and Eufaula. The house, built as a vacation house by my grandparents in 1963, is pretty much vintage, with some more modern conveniences, such as microwave, dishwasher, HVAC, internet access, and a Keurig. Located on a peaceful area of the lake, with a private dock and nice neighbors, it's a great place to get away from town and create fond memories--it certainly has been for us! Enjoy!

We are less than 2 miles from Lakepointe Marina and other drop ins to the lake. We are minutes from Spring Hill and surrounding areas for all of you that are coming to hunt. 3 miles from the historic town of Eufaula with restaurants and amenities. We are pet friendly! But we do not clean up after your pets.

We are on a quiet county road that is a safe place to come home to after a fun day on the lake or busy day browsing through the many shops or historic homes in Eufaula. Oh did I mention, we have beautiful sunsets too! If the moon is full, it is just perfect rising above our barn! You just have to come see for your self!

Step back in time as you walk thru the doors of this beautifully renovated apartment set within one of Eufaula's historic homes, originally built in 1865. The home has a very walkable location, being approximately two blocks from the downtown main street, where you'll find restaurants, a grocery store, drug stores, churches and various other shops, or you can take a stroll through the historic neighborhood admiring the various historic homes and the beautiful landscaping.

We also have a garage for boat or truck parking which has a 12 ft wide x 10 foot high door and measures 27 1/2 ft inside.
