The location is along the Italian border so you can visit Slovenian and Italian places which are accessible within an hour's drive: Soča river, Lipica, Postojnska and Škocjanska cave, Goriška Brda (wine region), Piran, Sistiana, Trieste, Grado, Venice.

Our cozy vacation home is situated in one of the most beautiful campiellos of Grado, a premium location with only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a supermarket, newsstand and a promenade with many restaurants and bars at a minutes distance. Our home is suitable for couples on a romantic getaway, a family on a well earned vacation, as well as backpacking travelers exploring our marvelous region. You will have the apartment all to yourself, but in case of need we are only a phone call away.

Dai balconcini del soggiorno si gode la vista del campanile della Basilica di Sant'Eufemia e della via Gradenigo con le case costruite nei secoli entro la cerchia del Castrum romano, che termina nel bastione d'angolo con quella che oggi è chiamata Casa della Musica.

Our spacious and luxurious property is located in a serene and scenic area, with over 2000 m2 of plot, making it the perfect vacation home. *pool heating season usually between May and October (depending on the weather).

An elevator takes you directly down to the private beach, where you can swim in a protected natural reserve. Two sun loungers are exclusively reserved for the apartment. Trieste is just a 10-minute drive away, one of Italian most beautiful seaside cities.

Attico sul mare "La Gabbianella"

L'appartamento gode di una meravigliosa vista sul mare, perfetto per una colazione in terrazza o per una cena romantica durante un weekend o per le vacanze estive. Silenzioso per riposare cullati dalle onde del mare, vi sembrerà di essere in barca. La posizione nel centro storico di Grado, rende questa casa comodissima per raggiungere le spiagge, i ristoranti e le attrazioni turistiche dell'Isola.

Depandance con entrata indipendente posta al piano terra. L'alloggio è stato completamente ristrutturata e arredata nel 2019 ed è composto da una camera matrimoniale e bagno privato ad uso esclusivo. La zona è centralissima, a 50 mt. dalla spiaggia "Costa azzurra", a pochi passi da bar, supermercati, ristoranti e dal lungomare. Parcheggio privato . Ospitalità e cortesia.
