The village Godinje is on 4th km from Virpazar, 2km from Pjesacac beach. Besac castle is 3 km away from village. Skadar lake is 1km from house. The long history dates back to the 10th century and nearly one hundred ancient stone houses set above a picturesque valley. The tradition of trickling high quality wine is maintained even today, so we also offer domestic wine to buy. You'd like an interior of the house, garden, views, coziness, peace. Parking is in front of the house and it's free.

Underneath a beautiful mountain of Rumija, near the walls of old town of Bar, there is a place Turcini. In the perfect part of untouched nature, inspired by the spirit of old generations, we renovated a family house which is over 200 years old. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. If you want to spend your vacation away from the city crowds, in contact with the beautiful nature, this could be the right place for you.

Bar City Center 1BR Apartment

This one bedroom apartment is located in the very center of the city of Bar. It is newly refurbished and located in one of the oldest buildings in Bar. It is located on the fifth floor and is turned away from the street which makes it very calm and cozy. The apartment is accessible via elevator. It has heating (either using biomass energy heater or airconditioner) and two AC units. It has WiFI, two smart TVs and a big kitchen, toilet, and bed.

This modern apartment is on the top (3rd) floor in our private house. Two bedrooms , big kitchen with eating place ,air conditioning , wifi, TV, living room and large terrace with jacuzzi and beautiful sea view. The walking distance to the beach is 2 km (around 15 minutes). The supermarket is 5 minutes by walk. Free parking at the house. If you're coming with a small child (until 3 y/o) we can provide the crib on request.

Distance from the capital city Podgorica is 30km (20 min ride). Nearest sea coast is away 15-20 min ride, via tunnel Sozina. Beautiful small town Petrovac is away approximately 25 min ride.

Set in Virpazar, 1.2 km from Lake Skadar, Villa SEMEDER provides a living room with a flat-screen TV, and a garden with a barbecue. This villa features a terrace. This air-conditioned villa is fitted with a bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave, as well as kettle. Lake House Buric is a House on the very shore of Lake Skadar, located in the very center of the National Park. From the terrace there is a wonderful view of the entire lake, various species of birds, nature, mountains, even from the terrace you can see Lovcen, the mausoleum where Njegos iz buried.
