Just a short drive will put you in the heart of Blue Hill where you’ll find great restaurants and cafes. Acadia National Park is just 30 miles away.

Big 1 bed cottage has comfy King mattress + 2 sleeper futons. The Cabin (only open May 1-Oct 31) has kitchenette, bathroom & Queen bed. A backyard path to hammock & chill spot by Ripples (view only, but 1/2 mile away is Long Pond for swimming, canoe/kayak rental). Grill. Firepit. Tranquility! NOTE: Cabin open May-Oct + has ceiling+box fans but no A/C

2nd floor luxury apartment in downtown Bar Harbor. The unit offers upscale materials, lots of light and space and views to the southwest of Cadillac mountain. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and granite counter tops. New mini-split heat pump with AC. Hardwood floors throughout, plus a stackable washer/ dryer laundry with a linen closet. The tiled bathroom has a glass door shower. Flat screen televisions in the living room and bedroom. Accommodates a maximum of 2 humans.

For anything else, take the ten minute stroll into the village, where you'll find plenty of local shops and restaurants. You can access the water via a set of stairs leading from the property to the shoreline. End your days on the deck and keep your eyes peeled for seals!

Lamoine Modern Guest House

Relax, recharge, & escape here. A unique & peaceful guest house in the woods of Lamoine, Maine with large windows (without coverings) looking out to the woods. Close enough to Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park (45 min) but removed from the chaos. A 10-minute walk down a gravel road to a beach in Lamoine with distant views of Acadia National Park. We offer super comfy beds, an outdoor shower, twinkle lights, summer nights filled with fireflies, bright maples in the fall, and cozy winter movie nights in a bed alcove like on a boat.

Our condominiums were built in 2020 and are located in the heart of downtown Bar Harbor. The condos are impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with brand new furnishings. There is ONE off street parking space per unit. There is a shared laundry room and excellent wifi also. *****Please consider getting travel insurance when making your reservation, this is a small property, and how we make our living, Airbnb does offer it and unfortunately situations do come up.
