In front there is Bakery "Kabil", one of the best in the city (if not the best if you ask me :)), and that makes it perfect for breakfast and snacks. Nearby in Park "Slana Banja" you could spend some time in nature, take a walk, exercise and relax. In the park there are restaurants "Zlatnik" and "Tenis", with extraordinary food and a more than decent price.
