We offer a beautiful new, modern and friendly holiday apartment for 2 people in Dresden. While we have no kitchen to cook, However, a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, Egg cooker, toaster, and a cupboard with all the trimmings. The washing is one of our free service. The apartment consists of a 20 square meter large living room and a Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and window. It is located in a well-kept house with separate entrance, away from big city noise and yet close. Parking is directly outside the property. Conveniently located 10 minutes from the center by car or tram. Beauty salon and supermarkets NETTO next door. By car only 5 minutes to the highway A17und 20 minutes the airport. Our price is € 40.00 per night for 2 persons including linen, towels and WLAN. A piccolo and a chilled bottle of mineral water are always well prepared .. We rent from 3 nights. Welcome!

Die Wohnung (35 m²-Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche, Bad-jedes Zimmer separat) befindet sich im ruhigen Stadtteil Dresden Dölzschen, in einem 2 Familienhaus zzgl. der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist bestens geeignet, um sich nach einem anstrengenden Tag in der Stadt, in ruhiger Umgebung zu entspannen. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Haustür. Das Mitbringen von Haustieren ist nicht erlaubt. Zusätzliche Gäste und der Empfang von Besuch sind nicht erlaubt. Die hintere Gartenanlage ist nicht zu benutzen.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Kurhaus von Seifersdorf, 25 min von der Dresdner Innenstadt entfernt. Direkt hinter dem Haus beginnen wunderbare Waldwege. 3 Strandbäder und ein Erlebnisbad mit Sauna befinden sich fussläufig ca. 1,5 km entfernt. Im Dorf gibt es einen hervorragenden Bäcker und einen Dorfladen. Eine urige Schmalspurdampflock hat eine Haltestelle im Dorf. Kletterfelsen 500m entfernt. Im Winter sind das bestens präparierte Loipennetz, sowie kleine Abfahrtshänge in ca. 25 min zu erreichen

Fußläufig erreicht Ihr Bäcker (sonntags geöffnet!), Supermarkt und den ÖPNV nach Dresden in 5 Min. Dieser bringt Euch in ca. 20 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum zur Frauenkirche, Semperoper, Zwinger oder zum Hauptbahnhof Dresden. Von dort könnt Ihr auch einen Ausflug ins Elbsandsteingebirge oder nach Meißen starten. Wander- oder Radwege findet Ihr direkt vor der Haustür.

Ihr könnt über einen separaten Eingang den Wohnraum mit Ecksofa und TV und kleiner Küche, den Schlafraum (Bett 1,80m x 2,00m) und das Bad mit Dusche, Waschtisch und WC erreichen.
