Located on a land surrounded by nature, yet a 10 minute drive from the city center, you can spend the days exploring the beauty of the city, and nights in your private & cozy outdoor seating area. This spacious 80 m sq house is so unique having a large garden. It is private, yet ideally situated - a short walking distance from major attractions such and Banja Luka city center! There are stores, few coffee shops, a bakery, and local eateries all near by!! The place is cool in the summer with a shaded outdoor area, and has a pellet fireplace for the winter (additional charges apply for heating usage). Although centrally located, the house is private.
