Boon Chan Ngarm House Phrasumen, a private 2 storey historical shophouse with a little garden patio. Rustic Thai loft style. Situated on Koh Rattana Kosin island, an old town Bkk. 5 min walk to the famous Khaosan road, a 15-20 min walk to the Grand Palace and Emerald Buddha Temple, easy access to BKK shopping areas with Sam Yod MRT. Accommodate up to 4 guests(There is an extra charge for 3rd and 4th guests 300 Baht per person per night). Ideally, a place for family or a group of friends (pax4).

The Airbnb location shown on the map is not accurate. We are in a rural area that is quiet and peaceful and a perfect place to really relax and enjoy nature. Our house is beautifully appointed and features a gourmet kitchen. It comfortably accommodates two people for overnight. All overnite guests will receive a delicious breakfast. Sorry but any accompanying children must be 10 yrs old or older and a small surcharge will apply for an extra breakfast. Infants not yet walking are OK :-) NO PETS!

Our house is peaceful and shady, with green space around the house, a playground, suitable for families or all ages, with working areas both inside and outside the room, complete with electrical appliances, parking space and an outdoor activity area such as picnics and badminton. 7 minutes by car from The mall Ngamwongwan,BTS Khae Rai(pink line), Esplanade Department Store,Lotus Department Store. From here you can take BTS to Chatuchak,Victory Monument,Siam Station conveniently.
