Imamo i bastu predivnog organski gajenog povrca i voca koje mozete koristiti tokom boravka. 5min peske do vrhunskog restorana i bazena.

Cela dobro opremljena kuca i za duze boravke je vama na raspolaganju, kao i basta 2,5 ara, sa lezaljkama pokraj ruza. Priustite sebi opusteni boravak. Nedaleko od gradske vreve, a u prirodnoj oazi. U neposrednoj blizini pravoslavnog manastira Rakovica u Beogradu. Nedaleko od BIG trznog centra. Obezbedjen je besplatni parking. Radujemo se vasem dolasku. Vase zadovoljstvo je nas prioritet.

The Old Town House

This peaceful home is located in the most popular part of the city, Old Town. It is minutes away from the center of the city and most famous places in Belgrade like Knez Mihajlova Street, Kalemegdan and Republic Square. Many Belgrade's cultural and historical heritage monuments are situated within 1km from the House. Also very close are famous Belgrade night clubs and bohemian quarter(Skadarska Street). The apartment was recently renovated and equipped with comfortable furniture.

Opustite se sa celom porodicom ili sami u ovom mirnom smeštaju.Bez buke i galame uz pogled na Avalski toranj i grad Beograd. Stan je udaljen 15min od EXPO 2027.Smeštaj se nalazi na 500m od izlaza sa auto puta i 7km od centa Beograda.Autobuska stanica je na 700m od stana gde ima veći broj autobusa koji idu prema različitim delovima grada. Imate i restoran "Konoba pod Avalom" koji je 800m udaljen kao i market Aroma koji je 900m udaljen od stana.

Naš apartman je uređen tako da gostima pruži osećaj udobnosti, mira i privatnosti. Prostor je čist, prijatan i funkcionalan, sa svim potrebnim sadržajima za opušten i bezbrižan boravak. Prijatna atmosfera učiniće da se osećate opušteno i kao kod svoje kuće. Apartman je idealan za odmor nakon napornog dana, bilo da dolazite turistički ili poslovno. Trudimo se da svaki gost ima prijatan boravak i da iz našeg apartmana ponese lepe utiske.

Welcome to our cozy apartment :) We are located in a quiet part of the city, 10 km from the center of Belgrade. Apartment is spacious ( 76m2) wiith two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Borča is well-connected to the city center by several bus lines and taxi stations, making it easy to quickly reach all the attractions Belgrade has to offer. Enjoy your time in Belgrade and feel free to reach out with any questions!

Peaceful family home just 30 minutes from the city center. Two bedrooms (one king size bed, one bigger single bed), bright open-space living area with kitchen and dining, and a full bathroom. Enjoy your morning coffee in the private yard with free parking inside the gate. Perfect for families, friends, or anyone seeking comfort and quiet. *We bought new mattress since june 2023, thanks to suggestion of one of our guests!
